Puppy Class
Rover Oaks' award-winning Puppy Class is designed for puppies in the earliest stages of social development, and it focuses exclusively on puppy related training. You'll learn how to solve puppy behavior problems like mouthing, chewing and potty training; basic manners such as sit, down, coming when called and leash walking; and how to prevent behavior issues that could develop down the line by taking advantage of your puppy's prime socialization period. We maintain a maximum group size of six puppies to ensure the highest level of learning, attention and plenty of one-on-one interaction with our Professional Trainers. Your puppy must have been living in your home with a clean bill of health for 10 days prior to class. Class setting is always clean and monitored for contaminants.

AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Class
For puppies 4-12 months of age. S.T.A.R. stands for Socialization, Training, Activity, Responsibility. It is an exciting new program designed to get dog owners and their puppies off to a good start. The AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program is an incentive program for loving dog owners who have taken the time to take their puppies through a basic training class. This includes positive motivational training, general puppy care, socialization, puppy problems (nipping, barking, jumping up, leave it), controlled walking on lead, sit, down and stay on command and come when called. Lodge & Train
Our most popular training program! This is a great option, especially if you are going out of town on a business trip or vacation. Your puppy can enjoy daily sessions with our trainers and will learn behaviors that will help them become well-mannered members of your family. Then, when your puppy is ready to go home, we will show you what your pet has learned and teach you how to keep reinforcing those skills so the learning continues.
Day Training
The same experience as our Lodge & Train program, but without the overnight lodging!
Private Lessons
An excellent option for pet owners with busy schedules or for specific problem behaviors. You and your puppy can train with us at Rover Oaks, or we can come to your home! Each lesson is created specifically for your dog and situation.
Potty Training
This program will focus on getting your puppy potty trained! Our professional trainers will create a potty schedule specifically tailored to your puppy's needs which you will then have to follow at home. Day Train clients may add this to their Day Train program. Please note, potty training is available through our Day Training program only and cannot be added to a Lodge & Train program.
Group Classes for All Ages
Once puppies have completed Rover Oaks' Puppy Class, they can participate in our Good Dog Manners program! We offer Good Dog Manners Class, Agility, Tricks, Canine Good Citizen, Various Training Seminars and more! Get ready for lots of learning and FUN!
