Rachel has a big personality and a very diverse background. Prior to coming to Rover Oaks, she had spent a total of 22 years in customer service, has been a correctional officer, police dispatcher, and is an Animal Control Officer for the State of Texas. Rachel also teaches Human and Animal CPR. She joined Rover Oaks in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative. After a brief period away from the Rover Oaks team, she returned in 2009; and, within a short period of time, Rachel was promoted to Customer Service Manager. She is the mother of five children and the owner of a Chocolate Lab and a Newfoundland (not to mention the horses, cows, chickens, cats and reptiles that she has owned in the past)!
