Amanda joined the team at Rover Oaks Katy in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2015, she transitioned to a Reservation Specialist where she enjoyed meeting new clients and showing them what a great place Rover Oaks is for their cherished pets. With over 15 years of experience in customer service and a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, she now leads our customer service team as the Client Experience Manager. Amanda is a proud mom of two Pitties, Aria and Dallas, who you can often find hanging out behind the front desk. When she is not at Rover Oaks, Amanda enjoys traveling and watching football with her husband Jared.
