Rover Oaks Pet Resort

"Rover Oaks is definitely our precious toy poodle’s second home. One of the many things we love about Rover Oaks is the warm welcome Amber always receives when she arrives. Every staff member seems to love her as much as we do, and that is very comforting when we travel, and so must board her. We never worry about her when we leave town because we know she will be receiving lots of TLC while we are gone. It is such a pleasure dealing with the friendly and efficient Rover Oaks staff, and we would never entrust our “baby” to anyone other than her Rover Oaks “extended family”.

"I must say that you guys exceeded my expectations! I was really impressed with how friendly the staff was and how patient they were with me and answered all of my questions and took me around for a tour of the facility. When we came back to pick Kira up, she was clearly happy and stress free. I can honestly say that Rover Oaks is the only place that I will bring Kira when we have to go out of town. I've also told friends and family with pets about how wonderful I think Rover Oaks is! Keep up the good work!"

I always feel so guilt-ridden when I board them because upon return, I can sense they have had a rough time of it. I boarded my animals this weekend with you and was impressed from the minute I made the arrangements, took the tour, and then more so upon my dropoff and pickup of my animals. Your staff obviously took time to get to know my babies while they cared for them. Thank you -- they came back to me happy as clams! Normally we have a bit of a pouting period, but no so today!
