 Rover Oaks has an exceptional staff with over 70 employees including 17 managers and supervisors that monitor the care and attention given to each pet. Two Pet Care Managers have a total of 13 years' experience as certified veterinary technicians. Our Director of Training has 15 years' experience providing private lessons and classes in obedience training, puppy training, and behavior issues. Two Pet Stylists have won state, national and international titles at grooming and pet styling competitions. Our Doggie Daycare Managers were responsible for Rover Oaks being named “Best 2006 Doggy Daycare” by Houston Press. And the two owners of Rover Oaks Pet Resorts are on site each day and actively involved in the supervision of all pet care operations.

Rover Oaks is committed to being an active partner in the community. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and the local Chambers of Commerce. Each year Rover Oaks supports, hosts, or sponsors activities of the Houston Humane Society, Citizens for Animal Protection, Houston SPCA, PAWS Houston, animal rescue groups, and over 40 other non-profit organizations including health organizations, churches and schools.
